Placing an order

Welcome to our online store! To place an order, simply browse our catalog, select the products you require and add them to your basket. Once you've made your selection, click on the "Checkout" button and follow the instructions to finalize your purchase. 

Payment methods

We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including credit cards and PayPal. All transactions are secure thanks to our advanced encryption system, guaranteeing you a worry-free shopping experience.

Order confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order. This e-mail will contain your order number, the items purchased and the total amount. Please keep this e-mail safe for future reference.

Order tracking

You can track the status of your order at any time by logging into your account on our website. We will also keep you informed by e-mail when your order has been shipped.

Returns

Return policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. 

Returned products must be in their original packaging with all accessories included.

Return process

1. Contact us : Send an e-mail to our customer service department at serviceclients@lilipinso.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Return instructions: We will provide you with return instructions, including the address to which to send the product(s).
3. Prepare the parcel: Carefully pack the items in their original packaging and include the returns slip we will have sent you.
4. Ship the package: Send the package to the address provided using the delivery service of your choice. We recommend that you use a trackable service to avoid any loss problems.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the same process as for a return. Indicate in your e-mail that you would like an exchange and specify the new product you would like. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Non-refundable items

Some items cannot be returned or exchanged, such as gift cards or paint.
